Return and Refund Policy
Citrus is committed to providing customers with great quality products and excellent after sales. In the rare case that you aren’t fully satisfied with our product, find the product is not ‘As described’ on our website, or is received in a ‘damaged’ condition, we allow you to Initiate a return within 7 working days of delivery. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse in its original condition, along with the invoice, you will receive a refund for the paid amount.
In case of damage or non-working product?
While our multiple quality processes ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, non-working, or not what you ordered, Citrus team is there for you!

We will ensure that we rectify the error and send you the product as you had ordered. If you would like to return the product please follow the process as given above.
Returns/ Cancellation Policy

To eligible for a return policy, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it and it must be in the original packaging. We offer a 15 calendar day to return the goods from the date of the goods received. The return goods must have the proof of purchase.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuers or Bank policy.
Terms & Conditions for the Returns/ Cancellation
- The return goods must have the proof of purchase
- The return process must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of the product
- Please check the complete product information in our website before placing the order
- Kindly check the packing condition and the description sticker on the box pack before
opening the seal
- If the box seal is broken please do not accept the parcel from the courier and at the same time kindly call us at 022-2590 1555 to inform this matter
- The return goods must be sent in the original box packaging
- The customer will be responsible for shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
